OPEN HOUSE SUN JUL 24 12-2PM. Bring groceries home from one of the shops down the road & play chef with plenty of granite counter space, ceiling high cabinets and high end appliances. Pick some tunes from your phone and listen to them loudly on your built in speakers. No one will hear because your walls and floors have extra soundproofing. Enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink taking in the south view of Edworthy from the living/dining area or the patio. Pop some corn & head to the basement to watch a movie in the media room with surround sound speakers. Retreat upstairs and pick a bedroom: either can be a master and its your place, so you decide. Use the lower 3rd bedroom with an ensuite and walk in closet as a guest or hobby room, or a cave for a teen or grown child that won't leave. Get healthy and save $ and bike or walk to work along the river downtown or up the hill to the hospitals or UofC.
